Why did President Trump make so many poor personnel choices?
I think I know.
President Trump is a CEO. He is a visionary. His job is to see the future and guide the business. His is a 30,000 foot-high view.
CEO's don't run the day-to-day operations of the business. CEO's don't hire staff. That's the President's job.
I personally believe President Trump is a savant at things he loves and becomes easily bored with things he doesn't. I think he did not enjoy the day-to-day perfunctory of running the country. And so, he found the most experienced politicians he could (who didn't overtly hate him) and delegated the day-to-day operations, like staffing, to them.
Unfortunately, these "advisors" DID hate him. They sought to undermine him from within at every turn. And so they recommended Cabinet Heads, Judges, etc... who would secretly oppose him.
This is the problem with hiring a "genius" for a job. They aren't geniuses at everything. You wouldn't hire Michelangelo to fix your car.
THIS IS WHY I LIKE DESANTIS IN 2024:
DeSantis has the values of Trump and the fearlessness of Trump, but I think DeSantis is probably a better day-to-day manager than Trump. You don't hear about staffing blowups with DeSantis although I'm sure the media is looking for them. DeSantis is organized. He has good people and he runs a tight ship.
If Trump runs in 2024 he has my vote. I think he learned many lessons during his tenure. But if he doesn't run, and I'm leaning he won't, I'm 100% DeSantis.
The Biden Admin continues to seek insane reparations for families separated at the border while ignoring victims of illegal crime.
Fake Biden voters, Sharpie-gate, most illegals ever and Biden makes insane denial.
In a two-tiered justice system Democrats go free while Republicans go to prison!
The media is trying to stir up a fake controversy over the Sarasota Trump rally and DeSantis. Federal Judge blocks Florida anti-censorship law and Kamala Harris office isn't a happy place to work.
